The driving felt safe and there was no unnecessary speeding. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
We planned this as a long-pending family trip, and I was travelling with my wife. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
