The transport was coordinated properly and the sightseeing order avoided unnecessary backtracking. We also appreciated that the nature and trekking part gave the itinerary a different feel. It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
The trip was booked mostly for my wife and parents, and I joined them. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.
This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a short spiritual break with my mother and aunt. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.

After a long gap, we finally managed a family vacation after a long gap with my mother and aunt. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
