One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.
This trip was mainly for my brother and his family; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.
Our group was our family of four, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
