One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. We came back happy with the trip.

Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
