The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. There was one early morning that felt tough, but it helped us avoid a lot of crowd. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.

It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
