Went with our family of four. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
We had limited days, and my husband and our daughter were travelling with me. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We were prepared for early starts, and that helped on the temple days. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
We enjoyed the complete yatra and all four Dhams were covered properly. Some days have long hours of mountain driving. It would be better if approximate travel time and expected rest stops are explained a little more clearly before starting the trip.
We had limited days, and my cousins were travelling with me. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
We planned this as a family get-together, and I was travelling with my husband. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. No major complaint from our side.
