I travelled with my sister and parents for a few days away from work. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.

Our group was my husband, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The hill section was tiring for my mother, but regular breaks made it manageable. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.
