We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
This was our first visit to Kedarnath and we chose the helicopter package to avoid the long trek. The journey from Phata was smooth and the mountain views were beautiful. Badrinath darshan and the drive through the Himalayan roads were also memorable.
