One thing that worked well was that starting the trip from Delhi was convenient for us. A short evening WhatsApp update would make the next morning easier for families.
I was travelling with my husband and parents, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a short spiritual break with my brother and his family. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. No major complaint from our side.
