Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.
The driver and overall arrangements were good. Yamunotri and Kedarnath trekking days can be difficult for people visiting for the first time. A short pre-trip checklist for shoes, rain protection, warm clothes and medicines would make the service even better.
