Our family had a good Char Dham Yatra and the overall coordination was smooth. One improvement would be to share the final hotel and pickup details a little earlier whenever possible. This would help families organise their luggage and trekking items better.
This trip was mainly for my cousins; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.

There was quite a bit of walking, so the slower pace suited our family. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
