We booked the Yamunotri Gangotri Yatra Package (Ex-Delhi) as a family trip and found the route around Yamunotri, Gangotri and Delhi quite manageable. The main transfers were already sorted, which saved us time on the ground. In our case, starting the trip from Delhi was convenient for us. We were satisfied overall, though first-time travellers would benefit from clearer notes on the longer travel sections.

I chose this itinerary because my parents were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. The temple visit felt peaceful because we had enough time instead of running back to the vehicle. Breakfast was basic but convenient before an early start. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.

The main reason we chose the Yamunotri Gangotri Yatra Package (Ex-Delhi) was the route through Yamunotri, Gangotri and Delhi. It saved us from arranging cabs and hotels separately at every stage. The itinerary was sensible and starting the trip from Delhi was convenient for us. The only thing we would change is giving a clearer estimate for the longest driving day.

We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my husband and parents. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. Happy with how the journey was handled.

The complete Char Dham journey was a special experience for our family. Yamunotri was our first trek and Kedarnath was challenging, but reaching the temple made it worth the effort. Gangotri was very peaceful and the mountain scenery was beautiful.
