Booked this after discussing the route with two senior family members. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
