Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

The driver and overall arrangements were good. Yamunotri and Kedarnath trekking days can be difficult for people visiting for the first time. A short pre-trip checklist for shoes, rain protection, warm clothes and medicines would make the service even better.
Went with my sister and parents. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
