Remya helped us during the booking process and explained the travel plan clearly. Since we were travelling with parents, having proper information beforehand was very useful. Completing Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath together felt very special.

One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.

I was travelling with my husband and parents, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
