The vehicle was comfortable enough for the distance we covered. There was quite a bit of walking, so the slower pace suited our family. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
The trip was booked mostly for my husband, and I joined them. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
