It was my first time on this route and I was with my husband and our daughter. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
This trip was mainly for my parents; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.

The hill section was tiring for my mother, but regular breaks made it manageable. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my sister and parents. Breakfast was basic but convenient before an early start. The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. It was a good, straightforward experience. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
