We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. It was a good, straightforward experience. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
