We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
Went with my parents and uncle. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. We came back happy with the trip.
