The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. My parents needed an extra break after lunch and the driver was fine with it. The basic arrangements were okay, though updates during travel could be more consistent.

The driving felt safe and there was no unnecessary speeding. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
