My parents were emotional after the darshan, which made the whole journey special for us. One day traffic delayed us, but it did not spoil the sightseeing. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.
After a long gap, we finally managed a trip with senior citizens with my husband. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
