Praween helped us understand the complete itinerary before confirming the booking. Communication was good whenever we needed clarification. Kedarnath was the most emotional part of our journey and Badrinath darshan was a peaceful ending to the trip.

Went with my husband. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. No major complaint from our side.
