Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.
It was my first time on this route and I was with two senior family members. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

Priya explained the itinerary in a very simple way and was patient with our questions. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
