The route stayed close to the itinerary and the driver handled the longer sections well. The Haridwar start point worked well for our onward route. The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.
I was travelling with my husband, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. No major complaint from our side.
