The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
This trip was mainly for my wife; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We came back happy with the trip.

We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.
