After a long gap, we finally managed a school-holiday trip with my parents and uncle. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
We enjoyed the complete yatra and all four Dhams were covered properly. Some days have long hours of mountain driving. It would be better if approximate travel time and expected rest stops are explained a little more clearly before starting the trip.

There was quite a bit of walking, so the slower pace suited our family. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.
I travelled with my husband and parents for a simple trip without too much rushing. There was one early morning that felt tough, but it helped us avoid a lot of crowd. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
