The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

I chose this itinerary because a small family group were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. There was quite a bit of walking, so the slower pace suited our family. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
We had limited days, and my wife and parents were travelling with me. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. Happy with how the journey was handled.
The trip was booked mostly for my husband, and I joined them. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
