Booked this after discussing the route with a small family group. There was quite a bit of walking, so the slower pace suited our family. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
The driver and overall arrangements were good. Yamunotri and Kedarnath trekking days can be difficult for people visiting for the first time. A short pre-trip checklist for shoes, rain protection, warm clothes and medicines would make the service even better.
