After a long gap, we finally managed my parents' wish with my father and younger brother. The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my parents. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.

Went with my wife. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
