We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The temple visit felt peaceful because we had enough time instead of running back to the vehicle. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

It was my first time on this route and I was with my sister and parents. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
