The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
I was travelling with my brother and his family, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. There was quite a bit of walking, so the slower pace suited our family. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
This was our first Teen Dham Yatra and we were travelling as a family. The journey from Haridwar was long but properly planned with overnight stops. We especially loved Harsil Valley and Gangotri. The driver was polite and cooperative throughout the trip.
