Our group was three college friends, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.
The trip went smoothly and the vehicle and driver were both good. Our only suggestion is to share hotel details a little earlier whenever possible, as it helps families plan better. The rest of the journey and Badrinath visit were well managed.

The plan was practical and left a little breathing room between sightseeing. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We came back happy with the trip.

The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
