Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. It was my first time on this route and I was with my wife and parents. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. The hill section was tiring for my mother, but regular breaks made it manageable. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
We enjoyed the complete journey and the driver was supportive. Kedarnath trek day can be difficult for first-time travellers. A detailed checklist about trekking shoes, rain protection and other useful items before departure would make the service even better.
The Char Dham route was planned very well. Kedarnath helicopter option made the journey much more manageable, while Yamunotri and Gangotri were equally memorable.

We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
