Went with my parents and two kids. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.

It was my first time on this route and I was with my husband. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

After a long gap, we finally managed a school-holiday trip with my father and younger brother. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. We liked that the plan could be adjusted slightly when needed. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.

We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my mother and aunt. One day traffic delayed us, but it did not spoil the sightseeing. Happy with how the journey was handled.

We had limited days, and my wife and parents were travelling with me. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. Happy with how the journey was handled.

This trip was mainly for my husband and our daughter; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. Remya kept the communication clear from booking until departure. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.

This trip was mainly for our family of five; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

This trip was mainly for my parents and two kids; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

Our group was my wife and parents, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
