The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. This trip was mainly for two friends; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.
