Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. My parents needed an extra break after lunch and the driver was fine with it. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
