The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
