There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
We had limited days, and my husband were travelling with me. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. For our family, the arrangements worked well.

The children enjoyed the outdoor stops more than the market area. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
After a long gap, we finally managed a family get-together with my brother and his family. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.
