We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with a small family group. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. This trip was mainly for our family of four; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
Went with my wife and two children. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.
