Booked this after discussing the route with my wife. Rashmi followed up on the important details and that reduced last-minute confusion. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. No major complaint from our side.

I travelled with my husband for a school-holiday trip. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. For our family, the arrangements worked well.

I chose this itinerary because my husband and our daughter were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. The basic arrangements were okay, though updates during travel could be more consistent.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my brother and his family. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.

The trip was booked mostly for my parents and two kids, and I joined them. One day traffic delayed us, but it did not spoil the sightseeing. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.
