We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.

We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The forest section was a nice change from regular city sightseeing. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
