Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
After a long gap, we finally managed a family get-together with my husband and our daughter. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.

The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
