We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with our family of four. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a short break with my brother and his family. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. For our family, the arrangements worked well.

Went with three college friends. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The quieter viewpoints were our favourite part of the trip. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

This trip was mainly for my husband and parents; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. For our family, the arrangements worked well. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

Our group was our family of five, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.

We planned this as a school-holiday trip, and I was travelling with my wife and parents. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.

I chose this itinerary because my parents and uncle were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The route was practical and the longer drives had sensible breaks. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

The trip was booked mostly for a small family group, and I joined them. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. The hill roads were handled carefully, which mattered because my parents were travelling. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
