Allow for the journey to your pickup point as well as the tour itself. A longer list of destinations can mean more time in the vehicle; compare overnight stops and daily travel before booking.
When to travel
The right travel dates depend on the destinations and activities in your chosen itinerary. Ask about local weather, route access, operating days and hotel availability for those dates.
Confirm the operating dates, local access and availability for your chosen itinerary before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
Check what your quote includes
Compare the hotel category, room sharing, meal plan, vehicle and included sightseeing. Entry tickets, permits, optional activities and special transfers may be charged separately. The written quote and package exclusions should make these clear.
How do I choose between these summer holiday packages?

This trip was mainly for my parents; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my wife. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a few days away from work with three college friends. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.

The trip was booked mostly for two friends, and I joined them. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
We planned this as a few days away from work, and I was travelling with my wife and two children. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.
We had limited days, and our family of five were travelling with me. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
