Went with my husband. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my brother and his family. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. It was a good, straightforward experience.
