We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my husband and parents. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
