When to travel
The right travel dates depend on the destinations and activities in your chosen itinerary. Ask about local weather, route access, operating days and hotel availability for those dates.
Confirm the operating dates, local access and availability for your chosen itinerary before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
Check what your quote includes
Compare the hotel category, room sharing, meal plan, vehicle and included sightseeing. Entry tickets, permits, optional activities and special transfers may be charged separately. The written quote and package exclusions should make these clear.

Our group was our family of five, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. The plan was practical and left a little breathing room between sightseeing. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

Our group was my cousins, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

We had limited days, and my brother and his family were travelling with me. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.
