Allow for the journey to your pickup point as well as the tour itself. A longer list of destinations can mean more time in the vehicle; compare overnight stops and daily travel before booking.
When to travel
The right travel dates depend on the destinations and activities in your chosen itinerary. Ask about local weather, route access, operating days and hotel availability for those dates.
Confirm the operating dates, local access and availability for your chosen itinerary before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
Check what your quote includes
Compare the hotel category, room sharing, meal plan, vehicle and included sightseeing. Entry tickets, permits, optional activities and special transfers may be charged separately. The written quote and package exclusions should make these clear.

This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a simple trip without too much rushing with three college friends. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
I was travelling with our family of five, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. One day traffic delayed us, but it did not spoil the sightseeing. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my husband. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

I was travelling with my parents, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. There was one early morning that felt tough, but it helped us avoid a lot of crowd. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. It was an average experience for us; clearer planning on long travel days would help.
