We planned this as a few days away from work, and I was travelling with my husband. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.
The trip was booked mostly for my cousins, and I joined them. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The mountain road was long, but the views and the final temple visit made it worthwhile. We came back happy with the trip.
