Travelled with my husband and two family members. The driver was patient and handled the hill roads carefully. Kedarnath trekking day was difficult, but staying there overnight gave us enough time for darshan. Badrinath was also peaceful and beautiful.

We planned this as a relaxed holiday, and I was travelling with my father and younger brother. The temple visit felt peaceful because we had enough time instead of running back to the vehicle. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.

I chose this itinerary because our family of four were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
